2. Quality & Usage:

We craft every product with premium quality according to your specified details.

Once a product has been used, it cannot be returned or refunded.

3. Saddle Warranty:

All our saddles come with a 3-year warranty, which covers structural damage to the tree under regular use only.

For any claim, you must provide original order details and photo/video evidence of the damage. Delivery costs for replacements must be borne by the client.

Your personal and business information is kept strictly secure. We never share your data with any third party, ensuring complete confidentiality for your business.
